Hard work pays off!

I was super happy to see that the Edmonton Public Library (EPL) has received a Library Association of Alberta award for its Aboriginal Library Services. The hard work undertaken by the Task Force (and documented in the Task Force report) has not become shelved and unused! More information can be found in the NationTalk news release

I was particularly happy to read that the Aboriginal Peoples web page that I established on EPL’s website is receiving plenty of use and reaching a large audience (beyond Edmonton). I have monitored this page over the past couple of years and see that EPL keeps adding to it. Consider subscribing to its RSS feed so that new links are sent directly to you via your feed reader.

Congratulations EPL!
